The idea of purchasing a new product line when things were slow from the pandemic was scary but I had a vocal coach asking that we carry Vocal Eze. The pricing is low (good margins!) and so is the minimum order so I took a chance and haven’t looked back.
Vocal Eze was a brand that was already established when I took over the store a few years ago but we’ve now built a good relationship. A customer come in to ask if I would carry Vocal Eze throat spray, when I reached out to the company, I was surprised to find that there is an entire line of vocal health products. I placed my order and was given extra product to use as samples for customers. I’ve not come across a company so customer service oriented in my 45 years in business.
