How to request a refund

1. Contact our team.

2. Return your products.

3. Allow time for your return to arrive.

   You are responsible for return postage. We recommend tracking and delivery confirmation for verification and efficiency. We must receive the returned products within 60 days of the original purchase date for the refund to be valid.

4. Return all purchased products.

   We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs, as long as all products purchased are returned.

5. Give your remedies time to work.

   We encourage proper use of our products. Refunds will be initiated only after sufficient time has passed for a single customer to use Vocal Eze as directed.
